EASTER
We had a lovely Easter this year. We woke up before the kids and had a hard time waiting for them to wake up. Finally they were both up and we started the search for the Easter baskets. Kamryn's was in the bathtub and after much frustration and searching, Cooper found his in the dryer. They both ate way too much candy (as you can see). Jared, Christy, Zach and Connor came over to our house for brunch and then we dyed eggs and had our Easter egg hunt. The kids are at the perfect age and it is so fun to watch them enjoying the holiday together. After the egg hunt, we had the kids do egg races and the adults even had an egg toss. I wish we could have taken pictures. It was so much fun and I ended up with two over-night babysitting visits from my sister after winning:) Thanks Christy! After lots of fun we got ready for church and attended Sacrament meeting. Dinner was with Mike's family. We had an amazing day and are so blessed to have such a wonderful family. We are SO grateful for all of our blessings.
Candy . . .

Boy did she love that cream egg.

"I found it".
As you can see Cooper left every hard boiled egg. He was only interested in the candy. What a smart little kid.
The boys . . . aren't they getting so big?!?
The perfect ending.

Happy Birthday Mike!
This year I surprised Mike for his birthday with an evening out. My sister watched our kids and we went to Pei Wei for dinner. Then we met friends for bowling. It was a lot of fun and the first time in a long time that we went out with a group of friends without kids. Mike won the second game and bowled a 221. Then the guys found the camera and this is what we ended up with. Enjoy!

My Mischievous Monkeys
As I am sure you all know my kids are very active. They love to help with everything and a lot of the time that translates into making a big mess or just doing something naughty. All I can say is, thank goodness they are so dang cute! Here are a few examples. . .
Both of the kids love to help me bake. Kamryn was helping with the cinnamon . . .

And in these pictures Cooper was supposed to be in time out . . . I guess he decided to remodel his room?!?

Night at the Museum
Last month we went to the Phoenix Children's Museum with some friends for FREE!!! (The first Friday night of every month is free.) It was a lot of fun and the kids loved everything. It was a little crazy because of the crowds and I was so HAPPY to have Mike there to lend an extra hand and help chase kids.
Cooper in the small room. They had a lot of fun in here. It is reserved for babies up to 3 years old.
